Training Moral Case Deliberation Facilitator

You sometimes come across morally difficult situations in your work that you can deal with in different ways. You might discuss these situations at the coffee machine with a colleague. But how can you use these situations to learn from as a team? To find out together what makes the situation morally difficult for you. And what it is like for the other person(s). Moral Case Deliberation is a tool with a methodical approach that can help. In this Moral Case Deliberation training you learn to develop an inquisitive attitude that helps you to jointly reflect on moral questions or dilemmas in your work.

During the course for facilitator Moral Case Deliberation, you will learn the different steps of one or more conversation methods. The emphasis is on developing a Socratic attitude and practicing the steps of the conversation method(s). You will practice it with other participants during the training sessions and at your own workplace. In this way, you will learn to apply the methodology in practice and to facilitate the dialogue on a moral issue.

The knowledge and skills you acquire in the training can also be applied more widely in other consultations. Reflecting together in a constructive way generally has an impact on the quality of work, professionalism, and collaboration.
